1. High Capacity Feeder with Riser Stand
The SA5300 PRO feeder offers reliable product separation
through patented friction technology. The 24” high vertical
hopper with a simple two-knob adjustment accommodates a
wide range of media types and is perfect for high production
runs. The riser stand provides precise placement of media
entering the printer.
2. Print Engine
Improved print head position indicators allow accurate placement
of print head modules on the media. 3” of print using
(2) 1-1/2” printheads. Light mode feature improves savings
with lower ink cartridge use and faster drying time. Print
module flips up for easy access to printhead.
3. Media Control
Accommodates media up to 1/2” thick. Media control rollers
on the transport deck guide media as it travels through the
print path. Precise registration for smaller mail pieces. In
addition, the paper exit sensor detects misfeeds, increasing
uptime. 4. Printer Controls
Control panel software monitors printer status and controls
printer from the host PC so an operator can perform
remote diagnostics and multi-task while running a job.
Easy to read LCD display for non-PC control.
5. Optional Components
Add the FR270 feeder for superior performance of extended
print runs. Its servo-driven motor provides added
power for heavy duty, continuous operation. The SA5300
PRO can also be aligned with the TCD72 conveyor/dryer
for extended drying time and optimum performance for
high production runs.
